All you need is...
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I like mine to be thicker, so add more milk if you don't want it to be as thick)
- 1/4 c plain Chobani yogurt
- 1 scoop of Gym & Tonic collagen protein (Tonic Products) OR any vanilla whey protein
- 2-3 tablespoons of pb2 or 1-2 tablespoons of organic creamy peanut butter
Blend & enjoy.
