Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

So simple. So tasty.

All you need is...

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I like mine to be thicker, so add more milk if you don't want it to be as thick)
  • 1/4 c plain Chobani yogurt
  • 1 scoop of Gym & Tonic collagen protein (Tonic Products) OR any vanilla whey protein 
  • 2-3 tablespoons of pb2 or 1-2 tablespoons of organic creamy peanut butter

Blend & enjoy.
