Abs of steel. 

Warm up

  • 1 mile run @ 7-8 mph

Circuit #1 (repeat 3 times)

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 mountain climbers (left/right = 1 rep)
  • 25 jump rope

Circuit #2 (repeat 3 times)

  • 10 TRX knee tuck pike up
  • 10 TRX mountain climbers (left/right =1)
  • 25 jump rope

Circuit #3 (repeat 3 times)

  • 10 v ups, 10 bicycle crunches, 10 tuck ups *add ankle weights if you have them*
  • 10 garhammers 
  • 25 jump rope

Circuit #4 (repeat 3 times)

  • 10 kettle bell side bends on each side
  • 1 minute flutter kicks
  • 25 jump rope

Cardio

1 mile walk on curve treadmill OR 1 mile incline walk @ 3.5 mph 10 incline
Row 2,000 meters on row machine (500 meters easy pace, 500 meters faster pace)
