Warm up
- 1 mile run @ 7-8 mph
Circuit #1 (repeat 3 times)
- 10 burpees
- 10 mountain climbers (left/right = 1 rep)
- 25 jump rope
Circuit #2 (repeat 3 times)
- 10 TRX knee tuck pike up
- 10 TRX mountain climbers (left/right =1)
- 25 jump rope
Circuit #3 (repeat 3 times)
- 10 v ups, 10 bicycle crunches, 10 tuck ups *add ankle weights if you have them*
- 10 garhammers
- 25 jump rope
Circuit #4 (repeat 3 times)
- 10 kettle bell side bends on each side
- 1 minute flutter kicks
- 25 jump rope
Cardio
1 mile walk on curve treadmill OR 1 mile incline walk @ 3.5 mph 10 incline
Row 2,000 meters on row machine (500 meters easy pace, 500 meters faster pace)
