This avo toast combo was one of my go-to snacks for post-workout fuel over the summer months with smashed avocado and fresh summer tomatoes. For my favorite avo toast, I typically top it off with a fried egg, red pepper flakes and some sauteed spinach if it's in my fridge. Get creative - try adding roasted veggies, cheese, and tasty seasoning. It's the perfect meal or snack, depending on how many yummy ingredients you add.
